Ham Rong Sapa is the limestone hill on the edge of town: gardens, stone steps, a “cloud yard,” and roofs-and-Fansipan views — not Cat Cat’s waterfall and not the cable car. From Binh Minh Sapa Hotel at 02 Pham Xuan Huan, leave bags, coffee at 6 a.m., walk or take a short ride to the gate, and be back for lunch. A fair loop is 2–3.5 hours. Go 7:30–8:30 a.m. Ask the desk for today’s ticket price; do not reuse an old blog number. Wet rock needs grip shoes. Do not stack Ham Rong, Cat Cat and Fansipan on one day.
